Registration fees

All fees include 25% Swedish VAT.

The registration fee for participants includes all congress material, daily tea/coffee, lunch, welcome reception, admission to all congress sessions, posterarea and entrance to the exhibition.

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation of registration will be accepted until March 16, 2017 up to which date the total amount will be refunded less a cancellation fee of SEK 500. We regret that no refund can be made for any cancellation received after March 17, 2017.

If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged.

Notification of cancellation or transfer of registration must be made in writing and sent to Sweden MEETX via email: jlsymposium@meetx.se.

Method of payment

The total amount due for registration and full prepayment of hotel, as calculated on the registration, must be transferred or paid by credit card, when the registration is submitted. All payments should be made in Swedish Crowns (SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted. Payment is done by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden MEETX AB on your credit card statement.

VAT

Swedish tax legislation requires delegates to pay their conference fee including Swedish VAT, which may be reimbursed according to specific regulations. If you are from a country in the EU area, please search for refund of VAT at your tax office, in your home country.
